Exhibition

Cost (USD) ($100 discount is applied if paid before January 31, 2013):

$1,250 - single space; one exhibitor
$1,750 - double space; one exhibitor
$600 - discounted fee for additional exhibitor (limit 2) ($100 discount does not apply)

Set Up and Tear Down:

Exhibits may be set Tuesday, April 30, 2013 beginning at 7:00 pm
Exhibits must be cleared by Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 2:00 pm
Conference adjourns on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 12:00 noon
Post-Conference events begin on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 12:30 pm

Exhibition Hours:

Exhibit hours will typically follow the schedule developed for the conference. We ask that you plan to man your booth specifically during events listed below. We provide as much exposure as possible by scheduling all breaks and social events in and around the exhibition area.

• Reception - Wednesday, May 1, 2013 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
• Breaks & Refreshments - Daily Wednesday, May 1, 2013 through Saturday, May 4, 2013
  Continental Breakfast, Mid-morning and Mid-afternoon breaks
• Social Hour - prior to banquet on Friday, May 3, 2013

Additional Services:

Phone/data connection, video, lighting, etc. (if required) are available through the hotel's PSAV Department and should be requested directly by contacting Eric Krueger or Josh Flint - Phone:  847-777-6581.

Shipping & Drayage Charges:

Hotel has limited storage space and unable to store crates, pallets or very large shipments. Materials shipped directly to the hotel may arrive no earlier that three (3) days in advance. The following chart lists handling charges that will be added to your registered hotel guest account. The Hotel cannot accept packages for non-registered guests.

Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy:

Any applicant who cancels or withdrawals from the Exhibition must formally notify Missouri S&T in writing and is subject to the following:

1. $100 cancellation fee assessed when received by close of business on January 31, 2013 (4:30 pm Central Standard Time).
2. No refunds are given after January 31, 2013 - Substitutions for attendees may be made at any time. Missouri S&T will reserve the right to declare the assigned space canceled and the right to rent to another Applicant, or to eliminate, or to maintain vacant the canceled exhibit space without obligation to the original Applicant, who hereby agrees that it is legally obligated to remit any unpaid balance for the originally assigned space.
